One trend we note recently was conversational commerce. For one of our clients, we created a persona-based, multi-faceted, multi-channel conversational commerce campaign. The advancements in conversational commerce and omnichannel communications are going to have significant impacts on marketing, sales, and customer service that will ripple through to organizations of all sizes. The power of choice has truly shifted to the individual and it’s going to get even more interesting as younger generations exercise their purchasing power.
